Tentative plans are under way for the building of a bridge across Wild Cat Glen, joining Mildred avenue and Glen Drive. The work, which is only waiting the assurance of the appropriation of the necessary R. F. Co. funds by the state, will be done with Indigent labor, the Welden con struction company furnishing the necessary machinery and superintend the engineering. The bridge will be a single arch with a fifty foot span. The road way will be 22 feet wide and even tually the bridge will have two side walks. The outside walls and the outside of the arch ring will be built up with native stone, so that it should fit nicely into its natural surroundings. The design was made by Neil and Richard Welden for Welden Brothers.
