The little town of Polk, over m the county of that name, has started out on the right track. It reads strange when you hear of an election there and the town going 4‘dry/’ where but a few years ago the town-site was a farm.—York Republican.Mrs. Robert Wiliams, of Orleans, Nebraska, came in Wednesday evening from York, where she has been visiting her mothar, Mrs. Mary A, Brakeman and other relatives and is visiting for a few days with her sister, Mrs. C.
