viruri hi ncnuigait|Sir Thomas Salter Pyne returns to India by the Peninsular and Oriental steamship Rome. He will travel overland, will join the ship at Brindisi on tlie 22nd inst. ,and will disembark at Bombay, whence he will go by the Rajputana Railway to Simla. After remaining at the latter place for a few days, in order to confer with Lord Elgin, the Viceroy, Sir T. Pyne will travel direct to Cabul, where he expects to arrive by the middle of June.
