Sheriff’s SaleBY virtue of a writofVenditionia Exponas a Fieri Facias, and alias Fieri Facias to me directed from the office of the Clerk ot the Parke Circuit, I will Expose to sale at the door of the Court House inthe Town of Rockville, on monday the 16th day of April next, between the hours of 10 and 4 o’clock on said day, the Rents and profits for 7 years, arising from the following dia-cribfd tracts of land towit, the w, h.I of the n. w. qr. of section 7, in Town ' I ~. Range 8 w. also the north end ot 1 the west half of the s. vr, qr. of sectionI t, 15 r. 8—west, commencing at the j 1 mile stake in said section on the range line,dividing Ranges 8 , 9, thence , S. with said line to a white oak on the south bankot Rackoon Creek, thence Fast to where the Counts or Terre Haute road now runs, thaoce running with said road, till it strike* down the I Muff to the North line of said qr. sec-I lion, thence west, 80 rods to the place j oT beginning containing 20 acres more or less; provided the rents and profits 'aforesaid, will not satisfy said writs.I will then and there, expose to sale, all the fee simple of said tracts of land, taken in execution as the property of Abner Cox, tosatisfy Thomas Swan; Duncan Darrouch 6c Johu Marshall, and Elisha Givens.JOHN G.
