Smith, secretary of the association, reported that the Association and the Women’s Auxiliary donated 1710.93 to the Muscular Dystrophy fund. The fire companies collected $660.93 with the auxiliary adding to this with a $30 contribution,Clinton Hughes, temporary training committee head, report- j£ ed on the possibilities of estab-’ lishing such a center here. He • j said at present the committee is 21 investigating costs. He said a | further report will be. given at5 Jhe county convention. 'The county convention will be held at New Market July 18 and 19. New Market is the home com* pany for the county president, Mr. Hahn, Mi1. Hahn said his company is now making plans to care for the firemen.
