„ Easter Sunday is a movable festival and car not come earlier than March 22, nor later than April 25, but between these dates it has a range of thirty-five days. At thea *time of the council of'Nice A. D. 325, it was agreed by the representativespresent that from that time forward*Easter should fall on the first Sunday after the full moon occuring oh or nect after March 21, or in other words, “on the first full moon after the sun crossed the line”- vdfich it does on March 21. Since the above arrangement was adopted by the great ecclesiastical council referred to Easter has fallen on March 2Jt~ and on every date between that and April 25, its latest possible date, an event which had not' before occurred4during* the nineteenth century,* and which 'Will not again occur Until the spring of 1943. The last time Easter fell oh its earliest date was in ISIS. This will not happen agih during this century or the next. In 185 Easter tell on March 25. Easter will be on Sunday, April 1$ this year.
