Also that part of Survey No. 137 of said Grant, bounded thus:: Beginn ing at a stone on the line dividing Nos. 137 and 138, it being Jann’s S. W. cor ner in No. 188; thence S. 39 degrees E. 19.3 poles to a stone; thence S. 61 de grees W. 98 poles to the O. M. R. R. thence with said O. M. R. R. North 14“degrees W. 17.5 poles to a stone; thence N. 61 degrees, E. 90.4 poles, to the place of beginning, containing 10 acres and 29 poles, more or less. If such rents and profits will not sell for a sufficient sum to satisfy said de cree, interest and costs, I will at the same time and place expose at public sale the fee simple of said real estate, or so much thereof as may be suf ficient to discharge said decree, in terest and costs.
