' SHERIFF'S SALE By virtue of a certified copy of a D-cree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Floyd County Indiana, in a cause wherein Albert Cartwight as Administrator of the state of Charles W. Cartwright, de -used, is plaintiff and Lester S. Nov eske and Teresa Novreske are De tonusants, requiring me to make the win of Your thousand, Hight Hundred and Seventy Dollars and No Cents 4870.00) with interest on said de and cons, T will expose at Pub- 3 Sale to the highest bilder, on Sat sday,the Suhday of May, A. D. 1917, ‘tween the hours of 0 o'clock A. M. id 4 o'clock P. M. of said day, at the oor of the Court House in Jefferson ie, Clark County, Indiana, the rents nd profits for a term not exceeding even years, of the following described cal Estate, in Clark County, State f Indiana, Iowit: that part of Letter C in Survey No. 188 of the Illinois Grant, bounded thus: Beginning at a stone, the South West corner of said Letter C; thence N. 40 degrees W. 188 poles to a stone; thence N. 50 degrees EB, 48.70 poles to a stone; thence S. 40 degrees B. 188 poles; thence S. 50 degrees W. 45.50 poles to the place of beginning, con taining 65.34 acres, more or less. ~ Also the following described tract in Survey No. 137 of Said Grant bounded thus: Beginning at 4 stone near a beech and sugar tree; thence 8. 41 degrees,E. 182% poles to a stone, Wesley Collin's corner; thence S. 49 de grees, W. 121 poles to a stone, said Collin’s corner; thence N. 41 degrees W. 182% poles to a stone near two beeches; thence N. 49 degrees, E. 121 poles to the place of beginning, con taining 100 acres and 62 poles, more for less excepting there-out about 2 acres cut off by the Ft. Wayne R. R. and also excepting there-out the B. . O. right of way. Also the following described tract in Survey No. 137 of said Grant: Be ginning at William Cartwright’s south east corner: thence south with Ft. Wayne R. R. to a stone, Thornton’s corner; thence with Thornton's line to Baker's corner; thence N. W. with the Baker line to the beginning, con taining 10 acres, more or less. Also that part of Survey No. 137 of said Grant, bounded thus:: Beginn ing at a stone on the line dividing Nos. 137 and 138, it being Jann’s S. W. cor ner in No. 188; thence S. 39 degrees E. 19.3 poles to a stone; thence S. 61 de grees W. 98 poles to the O. M. R. R. thence with said O. M. R. R. North 14“degrees W. 17.5 poles to a stone; thence N. 61 degrees, E. 90.4 poles, to the place of beginning, containing 10 acres and 29 poles, more or less. If such rents and profits will not sell for a sufficient sum to satisfy said de cree, interest and costs, I will at the same time and place expose at public sale the fee simple of said real estate, or so much thereof as may be suf ficient to discharge said decree, in terest and costs.
