A. at Glenville Wednesday—Swenson Endorsed for Banker. The county convention of the M. W. A. for Freeborn county, was held Wednesday at Glenville, and was well attended, all but two camps in the county being represented. Those attending from this city as delegates were Messrs. R. E. Barra gan, W. H. Wahlin, Art Jensen, Ed K. Fuller, Henry Kaemmer, E. 5. Hammond, John Venem, Ben Loeffler, C. L. Swenson, Victor Anderson, O. F. Stieler, Lars Christensen, R. E B. Barragan of this city and F. L. Walker of Alden, were elected delegates to the state convention, which meets at Faiibani. Carl Leighty of Glenville, and C. L. Swen son of this city were elected alter nates. After the work of the convention a fine banquet was served, which was followed with speaking, a num ber of the delegates responding. There was also a fine program of music, and the delegates had a most enjoyable time. ot he
