Elrod Freed in Gwinnett.dKelly Elrod, who was tried for I the killing of Zach Cleghorn, a ' Hall county man, was acquitted- of murder in Gwinnett superior5 1 court last week. Elrod was depu-v- tized by a bailiff, J. W. B. Maughonft * to assist him in the arrest of ZachC t and Jake Cleghorn in December,v i 1908.
