Want a New Province.Fort Frances, Ont., April 5.—A big maj meeting of both political parties was held at Emo Wednesday evening to initiate the movement in New Ontario of secession from the old province and forming a new one embracing Algoma, Nipissing, Thunder Bay and Rainy River districts.
