The funeral of Mrs. Anna Ol iver, the beloved wife of Geo. D. Oliver, who died at her home in Madison April 5th, took place at the M. E church here Mon day afternoon, conducted by Rev. J. W. Hanger, and the in terment was in the Brooks Cem etery. Undertaker Fred Schnei der had charge of the remains, and the floral tributes were very beautiful and elaborate. A chorus of singers were present from Madison. The husband being a Knight of Pythias, the lodge at this place turned out in a body. S.G. Bondurant, of New York City, the only broth er of the deceased, arrived in time to be present at the funer al. Mrs. Oliver leaves a hus band, two children and one brother to mourn the loss of a loving wife, mother and sister, who have the sympathy of all in their sad affliction. The pall bearers were: Clifford McKay, Web Brooke, H. J. Coleman, Carroll Armstrong, Chas. P. Tevis and W. T. Heath.
