Our good old German friend Peter Mader and hia wife, with their family of twelve children, came into Morris last Saturday and had Elliott the photographer take a picture of the entire group. It took a light of 8x10 glass to accomodate the party, and a good looking, healthy, happy and intelligent family they appear. The parents reside in the town of Everglade this county, and Mr. Mader is a thrifty, successful and well to do farmer. The youngest child is nine years old the eldest twenty-six, and but. one of the family, a daughter, is married. Eight of the children are girls, and all born to the parents art living. Among the girls are eleven year old twins, and their resemblance is very marked, so much so, that for several years it was necessary for the parents themselves to have means of distinguishing them, but for a slight difference in height, only noticable when standing together, it is difficult to tell one from the other, even now.
