Mr. L. C. Borah was a business vis itor to Moran City Tuesday. Mrs. T. W. Tarleton of Natchi toches is spending a few days with her mother, Mrs. M. E. Loret. Mr. Earl Daigle was a business visitor to Morgan City last Saturday afternoon. Mr. St. Clair Roussel is in New Orleans on business. Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Zenor spent 1 Wednesday in New Orleans. Mrs. Johnny Duplan and her moth er, Mrs. Chas. Bourg spent Tuesday in Morgan City. Mr. Paul Kramer of Franklin was in town on business Wednesday. Mr. William Davis returned Sun day from a business trip to Missis sippi, Mr. Lawrence Lampo, the genial owner of the Arcade Theatre, has purchased two new picture-machines and a new piano. By means of these two machines, the entire show will be shown without a stop between, reels. Miss Estelle LeJeune of Jeane rette spent the week-end with Miss Mollie Zenor. Mrs. F. B. Williams arrived here Saturday for a visit to her son, Mr. Kemper Williams, bringing with her, as her guests, her grandchildren, Lawrence and Katherine Williams Miss Emily LeSassier and Mrs. E T. Merrick. Mrs. Merrick and Law rence and Katherine Williams re turned to New Orleans Wednesday. Don't fail to see Shirley Mason in “Come On In” at the Arcade Thea tre, Tuesday, April 15th. The Patterson High School base- ball and basket-ball teams will play the base-ball and basket-ball teams for the Houma High School at Haus mann Park next Saturday. Admis sion WW and 25e. The one admission l admits to both games. Everybody roome out and rest for the school. Mrs. M. J. Sardigna and her small son are now making their home with her parents. Mr. and Mrs. Chelam po.
