WILLARD NOT CHAMP—- «Paris “Temps Declares Boxing Union So Rules.PARIS, April 10.—Tile Temps declares that Jess Willard does not become champion by defeating Jack Johnson. Previous to the war the International Boxing Union decided that the championship rested between Johnson and Sam Langford, who were to have fought last November.Langford therefore retains the right to meet the winner of the Wil-lard-Johnson fight, according to the decision of the boxing union.r . ■ . .
