Case Western Glee Club to Sing HereThe Men’s Glee Club of the Case Western Reserve University of Cleveland, Ohio will appear in concert at the First Presbyterian Church, Friday, April 11 at 8 p.m.The club is on tour in the area with a concert also scheduled for Kennedy Center in Washington.They will sing a varied program of music for male voices.The conductor of the Glee Club is William Appling who was guest conductor of the HighSchool Regional Chorus held at Handley in 1971. Appling has studied conducting with Robert Shaw and has appeared as concert pianist in New York and Cleveland.The Glee Club has toured Europe under the sponsorship of the State Department and conducts two major concert tours in the United States each year.The concert is open to the public with no admission charge.
