Scott, Solicitor ORDER OF PUBLICATIONRebecca Moore vs Alvin Moore.In the Circuit Court for Worcester County, Maryland.In Equity.No. 4653 Chancery.ORDER OF PUBLICATIONThe object of this suit is to procure a decree for a divorce a vinculo matrimonii by the plaintiff, Rebecca Moore, from the defendant, Alvin Moore.The Bill recites that the parties here to were married on March 16th, 1927. That the plaintiff has been a resident of Worcester County, Maryland, for more than two years last passed, while the defendant is a nonresident of the County and State and when last heard of was a resident of Lexington, Kentucky. That though the conduct of your oratrix toward her husband has always been kind, affectionate and above reproach, he without just cause or reason abandoned and deserted her, and has declare his intention to live with her no longer, and that such abandonment has continued uninterruptedly for more than three years, and is deliberate andfinal, and the separation is beyond any reasonable hope of a reconciliation. That there are no children as issue of said marriage.It is. thereupon, by the Circuit Court for Worcester County, Maryland, ORDERED this 6th day of April 1936, that the plaintiff, Rebecca Moore, by causing a copy of this order to be inserted in some weekly newspaper in Worcester County once in each of four successive weeks before the 11th day of May, 1936, give noticeto the said absent defendant, Alvin Moore, of the object and substance of this Bill, warning him to be and appear in this Court in person or by solicitor on or before the 28th day of May 1936, to show cause, if any he has, why a decree should not be passed as prayed.BESSIE BOWEN, Clerk.
