Opfrti Recruiting Ofllco,Officer Clark, who formerly was In charge of a recruiting station here, baa been returned to this city by the war department for the same purpose. Officer Clark will open an office in the First National Bank building In the near future,where he will receive all young men wishing to enter the service. He will eniiat men for one to three years service, any branch they prefer, with the assurance that they will have overseas service.
