F. Cody president. The following directors were re-elected for the ensuing year: W. F. Cody, Nate Hnlabtlry, George Blelstein, George T. Heck, H. M. Gcr-rans, B. Kumsay and IL C. Alger.Arrangements were made at this meeting for the Immediate completion of the canal and the pi actog of waterupon all i l«e land owned by the compuny. Mr. Geo.
