Trust Sale.BY virtue of a deed of trust, executed by John Miller, deceased, for the benefit of Peter Cooper, to the subscriber, dated the 51h day of April, 1817, for the purposes therein mentioned, and recorded in the Clerk’s office of the county court of Fauquier, I shall offer for sale, for cash, at the late residence of said Miller, (now occupied by his widow, Catharine Miller,) near Oak Hill, on the 8ih day of May, 1827, theTract of LandMentioned in said deed, containing upwards of two hundred acres.
