Trust Sale.BY virtue of a deed of trust, executed by John Miller, deceased, for the benefit of Peter Cooper, to the subscriber, dated the 51h day of April, 1817, for the purposes therein mentioned, and recorded in the Clerk’s office of the county court of Fauquier, I shall offer for sale, for cash, at the late residence of said Miller, (now occupied by his widow, Catharine Miller,) near Oak Hill, on the 8ih day of May, 1827, theTract of LandMentioned in said deed, containing upwards of two hundred acres. BINNS,April 3, 1827.-13 3t Cleik.Trust Sale.BY virtue of a deed of tftist, executed to the undersigned by Peter Cooper and wife, bearing date the 28th of March, 1825, and duly recorded in the Clerk’s office of Loudoun county, to secure the payment of a certain sum of money therein mentioned, together with the costs of this trust, I shall, on the 25th day of April next, on the premises, between the hours of ten and two o’clock, proceed to sell, to the highest bidder, two equal undivided ninth parts of theTract of Land,Of which Michael Cooper died seiz ed and possessed, situate near Reho-both Meeting house in the German* settlement, and adjoining lands of Sa-muel Hough and Robert Braden.— There are on the above tract two dwelling houses, a barn and other out houses.The sale will be made For cash to the amount of g600. with interest and costs; and a credit to the 1st of April 1828. will be given on the balance of g207, with interest thereon, secured by deed of trust on the premises.Such title as is vested ih the Undersigned will be conveyed to the purchaser.Samuel M.
