Ramsburg. Dur- J ing that time this year’s Mental Health Campaign will be conducted, culminating with the annual house-to-house Bell Ringer March the night of May 16.Benefits to be derived by county residents from the fund gathered in the Mental Health drive include aid to the psychological counseling service of the county Health Clinic, use of the rehabilitation facilities at the state mental hospitals to which they are eligible for admission, and the national research and education on which conquest of emotional illness ultimately depends.A native of Frederick and owner of Kemp's Department Store and Routzahn's Appliance Store, Mr. Routzahn belongs to the Optimists' and Elks' Clubs. He is married and the father of three children.
