The seventh annual art expori tion preview of the Westchester Federation of Women’s Clubs will be held from 8:30 to 10:30 P.M. April 21 at the Hotel Gramatan. The exhibition will be open to the public April 2223 fom 2 to 5 P.M. , Mrs. Walter H. Weber of Pel ham Manor, art project chair~/ man, has announced that 14 member clubs will be repre sented. ‘Five prizes totaling $220 will be awarded by’ the federation, one each in the following classes: First in oil (exclusive of por trait); first in water color, pas tel, casein or tempera (exclusive f or portrait); first in portrait in any medium, first in sculpture, first in graphic arts. Eight honorable mention awards will also be given. ‘A jury of five judges invited y Mrs. Arthur Boal of Pelham, tutors chairman, includes Miss Julia Bach, Elizabeth Gordon, Henry Heydenryk, Edmondo Quattrocchi,and Sidney Simon. ‘Miss Bach taught at the But alo School of Fine Arts for many years and is represented in the permanent collection of the But alo Fine Arts Academy of the Mbright Art. Gallery ‘Miss Gordon, a sculptress, is a talist. Her “Victory” took’ first piize in the Brooklyn War Me morial Competition. Mr. Heyden ‘yk has had experience in all chools of painting and is presi dent of the International Graphic Arts Society. ‘Mr. Quaitrochki, sculptor of the portrait bust of Frederick TacMfonics in the New York Public Library at 42d Street, is now Working on a statue of Babe urn. He is the recipient of the Paris Legion of Honor. ‘Mr. Simon, a painter and sculptor, was assigned as Army] artist to Gen.
