Runyan Indictment Dismissed,Springfield— Prosecuting Attorney 0. C. Burnside, of Polk county dis-missed In the Polk county circuit court at Marshfield, the case against County Clerk Bynum A. Runyan on the charge of an erupting to bribe James If. Baldwin, presiding Judge of the county court. It was believed the indictment was faulty. An amended Information will be filed at once.
