R. barge No. 15 yesterday* ►* •• • ( ■ i •*morning, while on her way froi Kootenay Landing to Nelson. The bargo left the Landing at 5 a. m. in tow of the tug Valhalla, captain Taylor.. On the barge were 15 cars, laden with coal and coke. All went welt till about half the journey had been accomplished, when the strain appeared to be rapidly increasing.
