The Tragedy in Ouachita Parish.Moxrob, La., March 31.—J. II. Wisne*. ; sheriff of Ouachita parish, wns murdered here last night, about nine o’clock, by a party of fifteen or twenty armed men* who came for the purpose of releasing one Mr. Beavers who was accused of murder.
