noon for Dover, en route to Vienna.The Earl of Sefton arrived in town a few days since to inspect the progress made by the workmen on his new mansion in Belgrave-square, and afterwards visited the Dowager Countess at Stoke-farm. On Wednesday his Lordship left, on his return to the Countess at Croxteth, Lancashire.
