Scout leader given 3 years, probationSACO — A former Boy Scout leader has been sentenced to three years in prison for having unlawful sexual contact with two 8-year-old boys between 1982 and 1986.Bernard Fogarty. 44 pled guilty by information to three counts of Class D Unlawful Sexual Contact last week He was sentenced by York County Superior Court Justice William S.
