BEATRICE HEKELWord was received here Wednesdayevening, of the death of Mrs R. J. (Beatrice) Hekel, 79. at the West view Care Center, in Indianola. Funeral services were held Saturday at the Richardson Funeral Home in Carlisle, with buriel in the Scotch Ridge Cemetery.Mrs Hekel passed away in her sleep,after being in poor health, for several years.Mr and Mrs Hekel left Carson ten years ago, when Mr Hekel accepted a position in the Carlisle Schools. After having been superintendent here for severalyears.A note to friends here from her daughter. Mrs Rick »Karen 1 Harrey ofFort Collins, Colorado, prior to Mrs Hekel’s death read:I was called to Indianola last week by the worsening condition of my mother, Mrs R. J. Hekel, who is residing in the West view Care Center, there. Mother responded immediately to my presence, much to the surprise of her doctor and those attending her. I spent four days with her, and also with my dad. and other family members. Ail thought and prayers in behalf of Mother would be appreciated by me and the family. Karen Mr R. J.
