PONTIAC, April 31—Twenty year-old Dominick Piccone, once already sentenced to life imprison ment, awaited today his arraign ment on the second of three mur der charges brought against him for last week's three killings. , Officers returned Piccone from the’State Prison of Southern Dich jigan yesterday to appear on the charge that he murdered Romaine ©. Potter, 75-year-old farmer, the same night that he killed Cassius Barber, Tic .Also facing Piccone in Oakland, county was a charge of kidnaping: Roy Thorpe, 56, defense factory worker and Neighbor of Potter and Barber. In Jackson county the confessed killer is charged with murdering Carl McKenzie, 40-year- old Concord farmer. Authorities in both counties have taken the attitude that all three murder charges should be pressed against Piccone to avoid any possi bility that he may ever be freed from prison. , Barber and Potter were killed the night of March 31 and Mc Kenzie the afternoon of the next day. Piccone said he killed Bar ber, his former employer,’ because’ of a grudge. He was originally sentenced for that Sling. The young man said he shot Potter to death when the latter, tried to take his gun away and killed McKenzie in an effort to hide.
