H. Searcy presiding, when the business on the dockets was immediately taken up and much of it disposed of during the first few days of the week.The Grand Jury was organized bythe selection of Hon. B. M. Turner, ex-Mayor of Bamecville, as foreman and Mr. J. S. Dunn of Molena asclerk. The Grand Jury was coxv* fronted with considerable business but the members went at their taak with energy and as a result adjourned Wednesday, finishing up what they had to do.Judge Searcy will not hold court next week if conditions are such that farm work can be carried on. If it rains in the meantime and farmer* cannot work, the criminal docket will be taken up next Monday.
