INGRAM.It is a source of gratification to the voters of the several wards that gentlemen offering for the position of aldermen in the pending campaign are men of solid business character and owners of property, just such men as will handle the city’s business for the best interest of the people not only of their ward in which they live, but of the city at large. Among the candidates for alderman of Ward 2 is Mr D S. Ingrain, whose formal announcement appears in this issue of the Chronicle.
