The lady being absent from the city could not be seen, and the press representatives were necessarily compelled to base their reports on the information sod material at hand. However, unconsciously, the gentleman did a great injustice to one of the noblest and purest ladies in the state—one known tar and near lor her strength and purity of character and brilliant attainments.
