Tuk Frankfort Yeoman says: We Invite attention to the resolutions pattaod by the Thirty-first Senatorial district, composed of the counties of Mason and Lewis. They contain a compliment to Hon. H. (J. llruco, who served in the hint Senate, and who declined a re-election, which w ill be indorsed by every member who served in the Assembly with hitn. Mr. Brace is a modest, quiet well-balanced gentleman, whose good sense and inoral courage will always give him the respect and confidence of the public. He was faithful to every duty as a Senator —made 110 unnecessary antagonisms, and carried every meaaure that he proposed. We are informed that his suo-eeesor, though a much younger man, is like strong character.
