A singular case of burning occurred last Thursday morning. Miss Emma Stiver, of Jackson township, a young lady of IS, went into the kitchen to bathe her breast and lungs with rose oil, for cold and soreness. After getting through, she dropped the cloth she had been using to rub with into the stove, when it took tire and spread over her hand.
