WYANDOTTE (Special) James David Starks, 92, of Wyandotte, died Thursday at Jay Memorial Hospital after a long illness. He was born Jan. 18, 1886, in Urich, Mo. Mr. Starks was a retired carpenter and had resided in Wyandotte for the last 20 years. He was a 50-year member of the Oddfellows Lodge of Grove and Fairland. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Elsa Starks, of the home; one daugher, Mrs. A.E. Dickman, Grove; a granddaughter, Betty J. Spock, Grove, one grandson, A.E. Dickman Jr., and three great grandsons. Services will be Saturday at 4 p.m., in the Worley Funeral Home chapel, Grove, with the Rev. Dow Booe officiating. Burial will be in the Wyandotte Cemetery.
