SHELBURN BOY HAS HOPES OF MAKING FIRST CATCHER WITH ASSN. TEAM tarry Glenn, formerly of Shelburn and a member of the St. Louis Car dinals baseball club was in the city Tuesday visiting friends, en route to Evansville, where he will join the St. Paul club of the American Associa tion, which is booked for a series of exhibition games with the Evansville team of the Central League. Glenn, familiarly known in this neck of the woods as “Husky,” is a catcher, and has hopes of making good as first catcher for the Saints, to whom he has been sent for the present season. He will return to St. Louis in the fall. Harry is well known in Sullivan and two years ago was a member of the Sullivan Athletics basketball team. His friends here wish him a successful season with St. Paul.
