— Winnipeg is at last tohave a Conservative daily. It is to be called the “Argus.” It is to he published by a company, the provisional directors of which are: W. Thomas Harrison,Hugh John Macdonald, W. B. Scnrth, li. W. Jameson, Stuart Macdonald, A. McMicken, A. W. Ross and W. F. Lynn, the last named gentleman being secretary-treasurer. The capital stock of the company is $10,000, divided into shares of $5.
