Obituary. jFOLSOM.Hattie I. Folsom was born near Straw-berry Point, Clayton couiity Iowa, Sept II. 1S68. She died Feb. 13, 1892 a!tcr n short illness with quick consumption, Iler etui was peaceful like one falling asleep. She was always o! a quiet amiable disposition. At the age of 13 she joined the M. E, church near where she lived and when she came with her mother to Fayette county, brought a letter from that church to the Smithfield M. E. church of which she was a member at the tiwe of her death. She always lived a very consistent Christian life and now can sing in her heavenly home. “Jesus Lover of my Soul” which was her favorite hymn.
