Orange Blossom*.M AB2SX80—At the residence of the bride's parents, In Bedford, Ind., on Thursday, April 5, 1877, by Rev. J. Stalker, Rev. F M. Symmes, Orleans, Ind., and Miss Mattie Seers. The ceremony was to have takenpiaceas 1.30o'clock, p.m., so as to give the friends from the south an opportunity to return on the 3 o’ciock train. The lamp was filled and trimmed, the groom had come, but the Reverend tarried, and the many friends waited expectantly for his arrival, which, owing to some misunderstanding, was delayed until half past two. ,At * this hour the groom and bride were ushered into the room and the ceremony was performed In his 1 most excellent manner by J. M. Stalker. After many happy congratulations, the party were eon-ducted to the dining room, where splendid dinner was served. On the whole the affair asw pleasing to all present. We, as one, wish them a 1 happy journey down life’s dreary stream, and trust that they both may be better prepared fortha duties of this life and that to come.• •Among the friends from a distance were Mr. T.
