That aaid minor io the owner of real mtate situated in oald Now Britain, ris: One piooe of Land with Buildings thereon containing about Fourteen Acres, bounded North by land belonging to' the Estate of K. A. Andrews, deceased. East by land of Patrick and Johanna Daly, 8outh by land of Allen Judd and Patrick Brady, and West by land lately owned by Henry M. Pratt, rained at about P6ur Hundred Dollars.
