Taken as tho properly of William Lanins to satisfy an execution against him and. Willi am T Lambdin, his replevin bail in favor of George Doatty, Executor, c, issued from the office of the Clerk of the Probate Couti of Ohio county, on a judgment in said court. * . . .On the day of sale.
