Slides and reports of the Min eralogical Society show and convention recently held in San Antonio will feature a meeting at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday of the Lubbock Gem and Mineral So ciety. The group will meet in the Precinct 1 Clubhouse, 5012 W. 50th St. Refreshments will be served. Dr. Ben B. Hutchinson, vice president and program chair man, will show slides of ex hibits he made at San Antonio. Lubbock members attending that show were Mrs. Pearl Schreier, Dr. Hutchinson, Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Foster, A. W Beard, Miss Bula Beard, W. T Beard, Mrs. Clayton Mr. and Mrs. L., Davis, a and Mrs. Roscoe Prana Robert O. Miller. Foster, alter nate delegate to the business' session of the Texas Federation held March 21 in San Antonio, will report on that meeting. Interested persons are wel come to the Tuesday meeting, and members for 1964 are be ing accepted, according to Miss. Beard, publicity chairman. A door prize will be awarded.
