Editorial Complaint made of High Cost of Meat—Fainted Allusions Refer to Former Standing of Residents—Traveling Schedule Announcer. (Special) —The Batchers of Boise, Idaho, as far back as March $, 1885, were charging high prices for bess steak, and other meats, according to a copy of the Idaho Tri- Weekly Statesman of that class, owned by Albert Madsen, of this city. On the editorial page of this copy, is the item: “The butchers of this place, owing, we suppose, to “grass being short,’ bevs raised the price of meat.
