Freeman hospital launched the second phase of its $135,000 emer gency fund campaign Tuesday night with a kick-off dinner for members of the special and cor porate gifts division at the Con nor hotel. An estimated 25 persons attend ed, William Norman and Kenneth Johnston, co-chairman of the di vision, presided. A smiliar dinner will be held at 6:30 o'clock tonight at the hotel for members of the general solici tations division. The leadership gifts division kick-off dinner was held Mon day night in the hospital coffee shop.
