IT WEN I Y-iMN i U x JiAK.A Spl ended Basket Bali SeasonThe high school basket ball team won the final game of the season from Wakarusa on the Wakarusa floor last Thursday night, score 41 to 16. The Milford girls won 16 to 7. •The season closes with the most successful record ever made by a Milford high school team. Out of a total of 21 games played, Milford won 17.The team took part in the district tourney held at South Bend and made a splendid showing. They scored as many points against South Bend in the semi-finals as any other competing teams scored against them. Milford won all games played with the following teams: Goshen. Warsaw, Syracuse, Wakarusa, North Webster, New Paris and twd out of three with Etna Green and Nappanee. They are the undisputed county champions.The following students are members of the team: Don EfammoDd, (capt.), Fred Groves, Charlie Smith George Harer, Don Fuller, Edwin Neff, Ted Erick and Orvil Orn.
