Holloway Jury Falls to Agree.Santa BV.—After being out eight doyfi, the Jury In the case of Cashier Holloway, accused of cm battlement at Alamogordo, was discharged by Judge Medier, being unable to agree. Holloway was cashier of the bunk at Tularora before It was closed down after Hollowny had told ix sensational rubbery story of which he was the alleged victim, the robbers according to his assertion getting away with $5,-U00. On the first charge Holloway was acquitted several days ago. The Jury Is i^irtuitd to have stood seven to live for conviction.
