Holloway was cashier of the bank at TuUroca before It wan closed down after Hollo way hud told u sensational robbery atory of which ho wan the alleged victim, the robbers according to hla assertion getting away with $5,* 000. Oil the first charge Holloway was acquitted several day* ago. The Jury is i«*ij«irifd lo have stood seven lo five for conviction.
