COIO-COLA MEN ASK ACQUITALAttorney* for Defendant* Claim Government Ha* No Chance—Argument* Continue Today.(By Associated Press.)Chattanooga, Tenn., April 5—In the case of the government against forty barrels and twenty^ kegs of coca cola in the federal court here the government closed Its evidence In rebuttal and the defense placed one witness on the stand yesterday—Dr. Ludwig Kek-toen. of Chicago. His testimony related to matters of minor importance.At the conclusion of the evidence attorneys for the defendants made a motion requesting the court to return a verdict In favor of the coca cola company. The motion was argued by Attorneys *R. H. Williams and J. B. Sls-ser. of Chattanooga, and Harold Hirsch of Atlanta, for the defendant company.(Jen. Charles E. Cox and William R. Mlllyer will reply for the government tomorrow morning. If the court refuses to direct a verdict of acquittal, arguments will begin at once on questions involved In the lawsuit. District Attorney Cox will open the case.
