—The preliminary examinations of Wm. and James Flunter, who were arrested at thj instigation of Mr. IJ M Vaile for tearing down his (Vaile’s) f*nce, was commenced yesterday before 'Squire Bean The evidence in behalf of the state was all taken and the case continued until this (Thursday) morning.
