NOTICE18 hereby given that in pursuance of an order of the Court of Common Pleas of the County of Huron and State ofOluo, made at their February Term, lHJlfl, I shall,on the 23d day of April next, lbHfl, between the hours of one and live o’clock, 1*. M., proceed to soli, on the premises, tl.e following described real Estate, situate in said county of Huron, all of Lot number eight, in the fourth range of Lots in the township of Berlin in said county, originally containing 1014 acres of land, or thereabouts—except 154 acres of land heretofore conveyed by Thomas Stevens to Andrew Wood; except also 25 acres of said Lot hcretoforo conveyed by the said Stevens to William Foyer;- except also 9 acres of said Lot heretofore conveyed by said Stevens to Russell Ransom;— and except also 25 acres of said lot heretofore convoyed to Lorinda Saxton; the residue of which Lot contains about 27 a-cres of land; which residue is subject to the following incumbrance: a right conveyed by said Stevens to James It Ford, during the life of said Ford, to take and carry away ull the Iron Ore which may be found on the said lot—reserving to the said Stevens his heirs and assigns, the sum and price of 50 cents per gross Ton for said Ore; of which said land the said Stevens died seized.JOSEPH OTIS, Adm'rof Thomat Steve m, deceated.M.
