Pontiac Youth Serving Life Is Linked With Murder, Kidnaping Pontiac, Mich., April 3 ()— Prosecutor Charles L. Wilson said today he would seek two addi tional warrants against Dominick Piccone, 20, who began a life term for the murder of 71 year old Cassius E. Barber just 16 days after completing an earlier sen tence for assault. The new warrants will charge Piccone with murder in connection with a second slaying, that of Romaine C. Potter, Barber’s neigh bor and like Barber an Oxford, Mich., farmer, and with the kid naping of Roy Thorpe. Thorpe, also a farmer, was forced to ac company Piccone in an automo bile during a 20-hour orgy of kill ing that counted three victims. Prosecutor Wilson said Piccone would be returned from the South ern Michigan prison to face the new charges in about a week. The convicted killer was undergoing the routine of quarantine and ad mission to the prison today.
